She has built a career supporting leadership at every level—working closely with executive directors to streamline operations, improve community programs, and strengthen organizational impact. Tiwana contributed to initiatives that enhanced healthcare delivery and outcomes, combining her organizational skills with a commitment to meaningful community impact.
Beyond her professional roles, Tiwana has consistently poured back into her community. She has spearheaded community initiatives, served on boards, and created opportunities for families and youth to thrive. Collaboration, accountability, and a deep commitment to equity guide her work.
At home, Tiwana’s most important titles are bonus mom, partner, aunt, and big cousin—roles that keep her grounded and fuel her passion for building a Colerain where families, seniors, and young people feel supported, heard, and valued.
